Upon entering our locations, everyone is screened by our dedicated staff for COVID-19 related symptoms. This includes a temperature check using a no-contact thermal thermometer and symptom checker questionnaire. Patients who do not pass the screening are immediately isolated from common patient areas.

Patients who have appointments are screened prior to their appointment and upon arrival via telephone from their car before entering.

In our outpatient offices and areas we take every opportunity to provide separate exam rooms for sick vs non-sick patients. Exam rooms where sick patients have been seen are cleaned between each visit using CDC disinfection recommended protocol.

In our hospital, patients are provided with a private room during the entirety of their stay. This includes Emergency, Inpatient, ICU, Surgery, and Maternity. Patient rooms are also thoroughly cleaned between patient stays.

We’re following the highest standards of cleaning before and after each visit to kill germs, including COVID-19, to keep you safe. All patient areas are cleaned using the highest suggested disinfectant currently recommended by the CDC.

In the rare case of a COVID-19 patient our team uses ultraviolet light to kill any bacteria or virus that may have been missed with conventional cleaning methods. Ultraviolet light deconstructs the DNA of deadly pathogens and common health care-associated infection, including COVID-19. Providing total room disinfection.

Skip the waiting room! We have taken every effort to streamline your experience to help reduce your exposure. Many of our offices offer phone check-in to express check-in and check-out with the goal to getting you to and from your private exam room as quickly as possible. These rooms are disinfected between every patient visit using COVID-19 virus killing protocol provided by the CDC.

To provide you with safe care, we have to provide safe staffing. Every employee in our network is screened upon arriving and leaving their shift everyday. Our Employee Symptom Monitoring Tracking System includes a twice daily temperature check and symptom checker.

We have activated a strict visitor response plan to help reduce the amount of foot traffic throughout our network. This protective measure helps reduce the probability of  a COVID-19 visitor or patient from entering our facilities unnecessary.

Our team follows strict social distancing policies to keep you safe. We will make every effort to eliminate or minimize any wait in the waiting room during your visit. If you do have to wait in the waiting room, you’ll notice we have eliminated chairs to support healthy social distancing and to create comfortable distance between you and any other patients who may be present.

All staff and patients are required to wear a mask at all time. If you don’t have a mask, we can provide one for you.

Washing your hands is still the best way to stay healthy. Throughout our facility, you will notice hand sanitizers on the wall. Please use them at every opportunity. We also encourage this practice while you are at home or when you are out.

Prior to arriving to our facility and after you arrive, wear a mask. Avoid touching your face or mask at all times. This will help keep you free of infection. If you don’t have a mask, we can provide one for you.

Throughout our network we have adopted new practices to help eliminate your exposure and maintain social distancing. Many of our offices offer in car check-in allowing you to skip the waiting room and wait in your car. When your private exam room is ready, they will call you and take you right back. Many offices also offer express check-in and check out options to get you to and from your appointment as quickly as possible.

COVID-19 spreads through droplets. Avoid touching surfaces whenever possible. After coming in contact with a surface, wash your hands, especially before touching your face or face mask.
