Oneida, NY – Congratulations to Tina and Christian Brown, from Rome, on their beautiful baby boy, Christian Brown II – the first baby of the New Year born in Madison County. He made his debut on January 1 at 4:00 pm at Oneida Healthcare’s Lullaby Center. Baby Christian weighed a healthy 6 pounds, 5 ounces and was 19 inches long.
